1. What is the guarantee on products ?

 While we always procure high quality products and ship the same, given there are human factors involved along with environmental factors, we can't provide any written guarantee on our products sold. At the same time, we have long term excellent feedback on durability of our items. 

2. Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) option ?

Yes, we do have COD options for our customers . You can choose that while checking out the cart as you complete your order.

4. How many days will it take to deliver my order?

Depending on your location, it will take anywhere between 2-5 days of shipping time. We dispatch on the same day if order comes in working hours of 9 AM to 5 PM otherwise next day.

5. How can I track my order ?

Once we fulfil your order, an automated SMS/ E-mail will come to your mentioned number or email-id and you can see the tracking information and shipping details. You can track on your own or contact helpdesk here.  

6. What are the Modes of Payment?

7. Can you ship order  in small towns or Villages ?

Yes, we have service at each and every postal pin code in India. We have reputed shipping partners and if needed we also ship through India Post / Speed Post.

8. What is the Shipping Fee / Delivery Charges?
